MOYNIHAN STATION REDEVELOPMENT

CB4 has issued comments on the the Draft General Project Plan (GPP) and the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) previously released by the Empire State Development Corporation and the Moynihan Station Development Corporation as part of the ongoing effort to redevelop the James O. Farley Post Office into a transit hub linked to Penn Station.

In recent months, the State selected a developer for Moynihan Station, and there have been recent news reports that the State will soon close on the deal to purchase the building from the US Postal Service.
